Twilio is seeking a Manager, Billing Operations to lead and grow their Billing Team in Mexico. Reporting to the Senior Billing Operations Manager, this position supports Twilio’s efforts to provide a 24/7 service to their customers & their billing needs. In this role, you’ll provide direct supervision to a team of Billing Analysts and manage the on boarding of customer contracts.
