The mission of the Qualitative Moderator is to provide high quality moderation and deliverables on qualitative projects for both Med Planet and sister companies within the M3 group. Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics. Project management, client briefing, discussion guide/ questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions. Conception, preparation and presentation of results reports.

An Associate Content Quality Reviewer collaborates with authors and content teams to ensure content aligns with quality standards. The role involves troubleshooting content-related issues, supporting automation efforts, and documenting quality checklists. The position requires a basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies and content management systems.
