Scale our Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing & newly identified Agency Partners, leveraging traditional & innovative business development tactics to build a revenue flywheel with our Agency Partners. Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows in Germany, developing our partner program.

The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key partners to help drive the growth of our business. This role involves overseeing partnership initiatives, negotiating agreements, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the organization and its partners.

Identify organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and build partnerships with them. Close, manage, and enable partners to refer clients to Deel successfully. Nurture partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle. Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing campaigns. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth and maintain the partnerships P&L.
