Natera is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to serve as Vice President, Oncology Medical, leading the Medical Affairs activities for our Oncology Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this individual will oversee a team of Medical Directors and collaborate with the Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) team, with the Genetic Counselors (GCs) team and Clinical Trial Operations staff. The VP will act as a scientific ambassador for the Oncology Business Unit, driving medical strategy, shaping clinical trial designs, and building relationships with key stakeholders in oncology.

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support the scientific and clinical strategy of Orca Bio's innovative therapies. As a critical link between Orca Bio and external healthcare providers (HCPs), the MSL will establish strong professional collaborations with investigators and other HCPs within the designated territory. The MSL will also serve as an active leader and contributor on projects in support of the Medical Affairs Strategic Plan.
