As our Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you’ll be part of our field-based medical team, reporting to the MSL National Field Director, acting as an extension of the Medical Affairs team. You’ll serve as a key scientific resource and expert on cell therapy for both health care professionals (HCPs) and internal stakeholders. Domestic travel of approximately 50-70% will be required.
In this role, you will develop and maintain an integrated approach to our Hematology Medical Insights, including developing the framework for our strategy, process and tactical execution for our US and ROW Hematology efforts. This high impact role will work closely with Headquarters, local markets Country Medical Directors and Field Medical teams ensuring consistency in the approach to leverage how Medical Insights can inform our Medical Affairs strategy. As a part of this position, you will be a member of the Hematology Field Medical Affairs leadership team.
The Primary scientific face of the organization to ‘Thought Leaders’ & physicians for a given therapy area, responsible for Identification, mapping and profiling of thought leaders of given geography and therapy area, on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the engagement of identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities, in alignment with the overall strategic plan and execution of strategic medical affairs plan including but not limited to medical education, product education, medical evidence generation, advisory boards, pre-license activities and special projects.
