As a Benefits Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the core operations, processes, and quality standards of the benefits plan build and maintenance to ensure the delivery of a high quality SmithRx product. Communicate project status and escalate issues for improved workflow efficiency. Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements to create workflow automation.

The Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty is a member of the Rightway PBM Clinical Operations team, delivering a "pharmacist in the family" approach to engaging members on specialty medications with caring and empathetic interactions via phone, email, and chat. This role will guide specialty members and answer questions about pharmacy related topics and assist specialty members in enrolling in copay/patient assistance programs.
