The ideal candidate combines expertise in reproductive healthcare with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and compliance in a dynamic telemedicine environment.

You will provide therapeutic area/product expertise for the Thoracic Oncology Team across a broad range of Medical customer segments and initiatives in New England. Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for appropriate assigned customers within a territory, compliantly coordinating with other Pfizer colleagues as needed to achieve Medical objectives. Maintain required level of knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines.

Maintains oversight for clinical care, professional development and practice administration of the Psychiatry team. This role is critical to Included Health’s mission to raise the standard of health care for everyone. You will support day-to-day clinical operations on the Psychiatry team, and be responsible for retention, performance, and quality of care. In addition, you will identify opportunities to create efficiencies and system-level upgrades to support clinician workflows.

The Director provides specialist medical and scientific strategic and operational input into core medical affairs activities such as health-care professional and provider interactions; generation of clinical and scientific data, educational initiatives and safeguarding patient safety. Will work closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to provide strategic medical input into core brand strategies, and to support medical affairs, marketing activities and market access.
