Lead Coretelligent’s Procurement team and oversees the full lifecycle of purchasing, vendor management, and logistics operations. Plays a critical part in ensuring that procurement processes run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with business and client needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, process-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Manage the full lifecycle of prior authorizations (PAs) for medical services. Responsible for timely submission, meticulous follow-up, and effective resolution of all prior authorization requests and subsequent appeals. Critical in ensuring patients receive necessary services without delay and in maximizing reimbursement for the practice.
Involved in supplier performance review meetings. Review existing supplier situation and achieve better buying position through consolidation and optimization. Keep up to date with market trends and supplier products and reach. Support the supplier evaluation, selection and corresponding entry of new suppliers. Define demand and portfolio with stakeholders and team manager. Manage key supplier relationships.
Support business aspects of vendor and site agreements across defined clinical service providers and other outsourcing needs for current and future clinical trials. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, budget management, contract quality control through the support the Clinical Operations, Biometrics and Medical Affairs departments in the oversight of service provider performance. Drive effective vendor selection and contract lifecycle management in partnership with multiple functions.
