As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the front-end experience of our Payments and Checkout verticals. The Purchase Experience squad owns and evolves the UI layers that power our checkout flows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and deliver solutions that push the boundaries of user experience and performance.

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Aerospike’s internal developer platform and open source product delivery. This role is pivotal to how we build and ship software — across both proprietary and open source channels — and directly impacts the consistency, efficiency, and reliability of the customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with engineering teams, QE, Performance Engineering, DevOps, and Security to deliver a coherent platform strategy that supports scale, enforces quality, and simplifies delivery.

In Experian Analytics and Platforms, you will be a leader in our journey to grow the Ascend Technology Platform across more of Experian's businesses and expand our latest-gen capabilities in GenAI and ML. You will lead a team of 5+ technical program managers and scrum masters supporting SDLC and tech programs across Analytics, Platform and GenAI development, working with an organization of 250+ engineers. You will also design program plans and oversee working teams for our highest-priority strategic programs.

Define and execute the strategy for creating workflows for resource discovery at scale. You will work closely with Terraform teams to integrate new workflows, enable real-time compliance detection, and build highly reactive infrastructure detection capabilities. Shape how Terraform evolves to manage infrastructure and design first-class search experiences that help teams query, discover, and assess their infrastructure at scale.
