As a Director of Product Management at PointClickCare, you are responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for the Post Acute product portfolio within the Acute and Payer business unit. This role involves shaping how post-acute insights and workflows integrate with acute care and payer ecosystems, driving value for health plans, ACOs, and post-acute providers.

The Sr. Director of Product Management will craft, garner buy-in and execute strategies to optimize the product experience for delightful Customer experiences. They will work directly with expert operations to understand and deliver next-generation capabilities that bring Professional services into the age of AI. The Director will be instrumental in removing blockers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and inspiring a team of product managers to achieve Success objectives with innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients. This delivery-focused Product role will focus primarily on ensuring their products solve the client’s big problems.

The Product Director will be responsible for digital currency exchange payment products, system architecture, and optimization to ensure efficient, stable, and secure platform payment functionality. They will collaborate with multiple teams to understand payment-related business needs, drive product development, and optimize payment channels.

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for modern data governance features. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and establish technical partnerships to develop and execute the product roadmap. Engage and nurture relationships with customers and prospects, to ensure solving for customer pains.

Own and track key KPIs, bridge the gap between Product & Operations, identify and address gaps in People, Process, and Product. Define & prioritize requirements, collaborate with development teams, partner with Product Operations to track project success, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Strategize product roadmaps, drive the development of new core features, bring net new experiences to market, and ensure that our solutions meet the high standards our customers expect. You will oversee the end-to-end management of the product life cycle from concept through launch. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and utilize analytics to inform product decisions.

Define the strategic vision, own the long-term roadmap, and drive teams to execute on that vision as a principal product manager; responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, working across engineering, design, research, operations, finance, and policy teams.

Lead the development of our Risk platform, with strong emphasis on managing platforms for regulatory, compliance and identity risks. Lead the building of part of the enterprise-wide Risk Platform, supporting key business initiatives and taking Bill.com to the next stage of growth.

Help Product People become a category-defining company in the consulting space by contributing to initiatives that involve playbooks, knowledge sharing, process automation, etc. You will serve as an Interim Product Manager and solve for clients and the company, prioritize, and orchestrate flawless execution. Manage discovery and delivery for three parallel streams and coach the next generation of PMs.
