Writer is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Performance Engineer to lead the performance optimization of our cutting-edge Generative AI technology stack. This role is critical in ensuring the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. You will be a key driver in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

As an SDET Engineer, you will work on quality engineering initiatives throughout the engineering organization and help with building and scaling our production environment. You'll be a critical part of our growing company, implementing best practices in technology, architecture, and process in a cross-functional team.

Ensure the quality and reliability of our products/services as a QA Specialist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues, conduct thorough testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. Responsibilities include performing functional, regression and performance testing, documenting test results, and conducting root cause analysis.

Work as a senior software quality assurance engineer, heading and handling both automated and manual testing of mobile apps, APIs and web apps. Black box, security, regression, usability, performance, and stress testing. Prioritize and execute tests. Maintain the test environment and track software bugs, investigating the causes and preparing detailed test reports.

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic QA Manager to lead, innovate, and grow our QA function as we expand our product offerings. This role combines technical leadership with strong relationship-building across engineering and product teams. As a central figure in our QA organization, you’ll lead a team of 5-10 QA engineers and manual testers.

Improve testing practices, with a primary focus on backend systems. Establish robust End-to-End testing frameworks, improve automation infrastructure, and ensure reliable releases. Work closely with our development team to implement efficient testing processes that maintain high product quality while improving development velocity.

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will drive strategic quality initiatives, architect robust automation frameworks, and lead testing efforts for complex cloud-based systems. You will work across teams to implement best practices, ensure testability in design, and enhance CI/CD processes. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and advocate for continuous improvement.
