As a Configuration Systems/QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and maintaining discount card programs and benefits. You’ll ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and quality across all programs builds and deployments. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus teams and clients on continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and client needs.

In this role, you’ll design and execute automated and manual tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and help drive best practices in software quality. You’ll collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure that every release meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and accessibility. Proven experience as a QA Engineer is needed.

The Intermediate Software Test and Evaluation Specialist leads the planning, execution, and reporting of test and evaluation activities for complex software systems and applications. This role ensures that software products meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements through rigorous testing practices. The Senior Specialist develops test strategies, manages evaluation processes, mentors junior testers, and collaborates with development, DevOps, and quality assurance teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

The project focuses on configuration management and automated generation of PDF documents within an insurance company ecosystem. Quality assurance is a key part of the development workflow. Contribute to refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions.
