Reporting to the Field Service Manager the Field Service Technician is responsible for conducting service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites. With a strong emphasis on water quality, the Field Service Technician performs electrical and mechanical testing, diagnoses system failures, and assists customers in the maintenance of their UV systems.
Assume an active role in the Canadian market supporting product complaints, fleet concerns, and providing technical support to sales, as well as working with teams to train them on warranty complaints and processes. You will also maintain quality assurance processes, procedures and controls to meet performance, quality and safety standards. Provide resolution of technical and/or product related questions from end-users and provide technical training to the field sales team, adjudicate warranty tires at customer account locations and provide competent feedback to customers on failure modes and report on new product performance in the America sales region.
