Motive is seeking a skilled installer to join our team to be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telematics devices within customer vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, offering a mix of hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and strategic project management.

Implement new technology, transition new business, and assist sales representatives in making technical related sales calls and presentations within the division. Research, identify and define market and product application opportunities for customers with the industry, and assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to capture identified sales opportunities. Conduct on-site audits to assess and solve customer problems or meet customer requirements.

Respond to technical issues, and follow new production tires for market acceptance. Work with internal and external teams to help train them on warranty complaints and processes. Timely reporting of findings into the Global Warranty system. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of quality assurance processes, procedures and controls to meet established performance, quality and safety standards.

The position of Health & Safety Consultant is a remote-based role. You will provide advice, field support, recommendations, solutions and documentation to Peninsula clients using our systems, documentation and materials. You will be expected to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. There is potential for upward mobility for successful hires.
