A multi-functional service professional responsible for supporting Harbinger’s dealers, fleets, and service partners through a combination of technical call center support, mobile field repair, dealer audits, and service readiness activities. Provides both remote and on-site service support, including diagnostic assistance, hands-on repair, dealer capability assessments, field training, and service process validation. A critical extension of the Technical Service Call Center, supporting escalated cases, conducting field quality investigations, and ensuring that Harbinger’s service standards are consistently met across the region.

As an integral member of the remote diagnostic team, you will execute diagnosis, programming, calibrations, and repair recommendations for vehicles located in various repair facilities. Your ability to effectively manage time and organize resources while also professionally interacting with partners is essential. Serve as a primary partner contact as needed within the service process.

Provide expert technical support to a network of Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators across Europe by responding to inquiries via phone and electronic channels, helping resolve complex vehicle concerns and ensuring smooth operations. You will provide technical support, resolve inquiries, guide dealers through repair processes and collaborate with engineers.
