As the Rural Lands Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of rural lands supporting Chestnut Carbon’s afforestation business, develop property budgets, identify revenue opportunities for each property, negotiate leases, maintain rural properties and oversee maintenance contractors.

Manage and drive the air permitting and compliance strategy and execution across our growing and expanding project portfolio, working cross functionally with commercial, project delivery, public affairs, and product teams to ensure project success across the United States.
