Apply MANTIS methodology in the facility inspection process for Facility Management Solutions projects and provide quality assurance observation on projects as needed. The primary duty will surround Quality Assurance Observation, but other duties may include roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys. Duties also include client and contractor liason, reporting project status, safety, and administration.
Assume an active role in the Canadian market supporting product complaints, fleet concerns, and providing technical support to sales, as well as working with teams to train them on warranty complaints and processes. You will also maintain quality assurance processes, procedures and controls to meet performance, quality and safety standards. Provide resolution of technical and/or product related questions from end-users and provide technical training to the field sales team, adjudicate warranty tires at customer account locations and provide competent feedback to customers on failure modes and report on new product performance in the America sales region.
The Associate Director, Quality Assurance will report to the Senior Director, Quality Assurance Drug Product and oversee the quality assurance for combination product projects from inception to commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drug delivery systems, medical devices and combination product regulations. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that the combination product meets regulatory standards.
