This role ensures health and safety compliance for materials, flight operations, and hazardous substances, support REACH compliance assessments and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and Italian stakeholders on EH&S deliverable. The SME will focus on Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance for UAV materials, flight operations, and regulatory documentation, supporting operations with Italian customers and Ministry of Defense (MoD) sites.

Responsible for providing strategic leadership for HSES in AO, and worker’s compensation across the entire organization, including the oversight of AO HSES programs and functions including but not limited to developing and managing the department field budget and business functions. This position plays a lead role in directing the Safety Culture throughout the EDF PS Asset Optimization organization.
