The Professional Services Sales Operations Specialist is a valuable resource for Regional Service activities and Engineering, supporting Presales and delivery efforts by managing new opportunity intake and process steps for presales scoping. The PSOS will manage SalesForce.com service Opportunities, and corresponding with Customers and vendors in an effort to maintain and grow the region, while keeping their finger on the pulse of all Service Opportunities.
