The Senior Director of GTM Recruiting will lead Samsara’s efforts to identify, attract, and hire exceptional sales and sales support talent globally, supporting over 600+ hires annually. This strategic role requires a blend of strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes. This role will be the global point of contact to the CRO, COO, and Sales leadership.
