Develop and execute Ritual’s strategy for Amazon and TikTok Shop, driving revenue growth through merchandising, advertising, and promotions. Optimize retail media investments across Target.com, Instacart, and other key retail partners. Manage an eCommerce team, fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation. Own forecasting, budget management, and CAC targets.
