Grow Therapy is looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator to lead and execute our organic social strategy across key platforms. You’ll own the social content calendar, create compelling posts and videos, and collaborate with creative, paid, and brand teams to bring Grow’s mission to life through storytelling that resonates with consumers and the broader mental health community.
This role is perfect for a hands-on Social Media Manager with a focus on design and visual content. You will turn complex crypto topics and content into visually engaging content that educates, entertains, and grows the audience, working with various teams to ensure the Instagram feed is trending and timely.
We’re looking for a Social MediaManager for our X accounts - a social presence operator who understands how to manage, build and scale multiple social media accounts for maximum distribution and reach.You’ll work closely with our hosts, research, content, design, and partnerships teams to make sure our feeds are sharp, timely, and unmissable. Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy, focusing on copy, across multiple accounts within our group.

You’ll implement the founder’s direction—scheduling posts, sourcing/curating images, formatting carousels/reels, and keeping content calendars moving across Instagram and other channels. Maintain weekly/monthly content calendars; set reminders; queue posts with Meta Business Suite or equivalent. Monitor comments/DMs during overlap hours; tag/route items needing founder response.
Drive BiOptimizers’ organic social strategy, lead day-to-day channel operations, content planning, performance tracking, and platform optimization across a variety of platforms. You'll be in charge of the strategy and execution to grow the community, strengthen brand visibility, and keep BiOptimizers top of mind in the health optimization space.
