As a Tech Lead, you'll significantly impact your team's operations by enhancing tools and processes for people management and collaborating with engineering managers to improve workflows. You will consistently deliver products in line with established action plans and ensure code quality throughout the production phase by leading discussions on team architecture and mentoring developers.
Develop and modernize software applications using best practices in coordination with a distributed team. Possess an advanced understanding of software development methodologies with proven ability to design and develop complex software systems. Contribute to architectural and design decisions as needed. Participate in all aspects of the Agile software development lifecycle including design, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment. Lead code reviews to enforce coding standards and provide constructive feedback to developers. Mentor team members to reinforce best practices and foster technical growth. Take advantage of “innovation time” to work on pet projects and areas of special interest.
