Seeking an experienced Back End Technical Lead to lead the architecture and development of scalable, distributed systems on AWS. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both deep technical expertise and strong delivery ownership. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in cloud-native development and event-driven architecture, along with the demonstrated ability to lead small engineering teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
