Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team at Benepass, shaping our technical future. Mentor engineering managers and technical leads, driving recruitment in SRE/DevOps, Security/GRC, and Data Infrastructure. Oversee technical architecture, guide decisions for our fintech platform, manage integrations, and partner with leadership to define a technical roadmap.

Oversee the development and maintenance of the core ledger platform. Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery. Communicate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to coding standards. Encourage innovation and learning within the team.

Our Operations team handles client support, financial and accounting processes, and prototyping for new products and services. In this role, you'll work to build out integrations between different third-party applications and the production web application, as well as internal tools for customer support, services and our financial back office functions.
