As an Engineering Manager, you'll support AI integration in products, foster experimentation and prototyping, and collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to drive innovation through data. You’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with your Product and UX counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole.

Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art multimodal research and translate promising ideas into production. Design, train, deploy, and monitor models that power creator‑facing features with strict latency budgets. Collaborate with PM, design, and full‑stack engineers to shape roadmap priorities and ship end‑to-end. Establish evaluation frameworks for agentic workflows and drive iterative improvement. Mentor engineers and advocate ML best practices across the Multimedia Group.
