Lead a key new program at the Public Finance Initiative (PFI) that promotes, supports and strengthens the ability of leaders who work in rural communities to shift patterns of disinvestment. This position involves building capacity, facilitating investment, expanding resources, and promoting systems-level approaches to increase partnerships in areas of rural persistent poverty. The Director will also convene an advisory council, co-lead capacity building efforts, and build partnerships with various organizations.
