As the Implementation Engineer, you will be the strategic and technical linchpin: architecting integrations, building automations, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling frictionless, personalized gifting experiences. Engage with clients to uncover system architecture and gifting use cases. Design and implement robust integrations via APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts, connecting to Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, Marketo, Shopify, and more.
As a key member of the enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will achieve this by leveraging industry best practices, innovative processes, and state-of-the-art tools and working closely with Engineering Leaders and individual contributors.
Assume responsibility for the structured decommissioning and capacity optimization of OTC hardware that has reached End of Life or is no longer supported by the vendor. Serve as a reliable point of contact and subject matter expert for hardware lifecycle and public cloud infrastructure management. Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions—particularly for NetBox plugin enhancements and Jira tickets.
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of software projects related to software management, development, automation, Power Systems, SCADA, DERMS, EMS and Smart Grids. The role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and project execution experience in the energy sector.
