The Resident Network Engineer provides post-sales, on-site and potentially on-call support for HPE Juniper Networks products. This highly technical role requires a detailed understanding of protocols used for IP-based service provider networks and expertise in the configuration, troubleshooting and operation of IP-based routers, including hands-on operation of management tools and network analyzers. Excellent customer interface skills are essential.

As a member of Arista's Advanced Services team, you will be a trusted technical authority for our most strategic customers. This role involves post-sales engineering and strategic pre-sales support, focusing primarily on post-sales activities. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure network architectures and establish strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming their trusted technical advisor.
