Serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities. Drives end-to-end revenue, HPE profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively “sell with”, “sell to”, and “sell through” the Partner, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
This position will primarily be responsible for working with our Critical Account Program customers, facilitating software engineering needs for defects, remote and/or fly and fix support. You must be able to effectively deal with high pressure situations and manage frustrated customers. In addition, you will also work with our premium services portfolio customers facilitating a first-class customer experience.
