As VP of Product Design, you'll be at the heart of UpGuard's transformation, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and leading a growing team of designers and a UX writer. You'll scale the design system, drive the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency, and help shape a unified, world class experience across every touchpoint in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Brand.

The Teamwork Platform team is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to head the design for Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph, which connects people, content, and activity across our products; reporting to the Head of Design, Teamwork Platform, you’ll lead a team of product designers focused on making the power of the Teamwork Graph tangible for customers, internal teams, and third-party developers.

Shape the future of our AI experience for continuous deployments, crafting intuitive, developer-focused experiences that make complex deployment workflows faster, smarter, and more reliable. You will design intelligent, scalable user experiences for our product used by engineering teams, focusing on surfacing insights, alerts, and workflows powered by LLMs and automation.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join our growing cross-functional UX team and help shape the end-to-end product experience for our users. You will harmonize the ecosystems of data-driven decision-making, human-centered design, and agile software development to inform future iterations, and identify new opportunities. You will work collaboratively with product managers, designers, developers, and QA testers to create and ship improvements to our technology products.

Shape how Atomi looks, feels and works for its users, lead a small team of product designers while also working hands-on in one of the product squads. Define the design direction, create excellent user experiences, and work closely with product, engineering and other teams to bring great ideas to life, and play a big part in building a positive, inclusive team culture that values quality, learning and collaboration.
