Redesign and standardise the UI and UX for our applications to ensure consistency and ease of use. Conduct UX research and understand user journeys to optimize the user experience. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Build and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to streamline workflows and ensure uniformity. Monitor user feedback through Slack, research, and analytics, proactively suggesting design improvements. Contribute to the design of new features by providing creative and functional UI/UX solutions.
