This role is for a designer who thrives at the intersection of technical comprehension and visual clarity—someone who can take complex, abstract Web3 concepts and craft compelling, visually accurate diagrams and narratives. You’ll work closely with Chainlink’s founder and other senior leaders to visually articulate product vision and technical strategy. You will translate raw ideas and dense technical information into high-quality visuals.

Lead the end-to-end design process—transforming deep user insights into elegant, intuitive solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable results. Shape the user experience from research and ideation through prototyping, usability testing, and delivery of production-ready UI. Be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for crafting exceptional products and the ability to navigate complex design challenges with clarity and creativity.
