Shape the future of products, drive design excellence, and deliver delightful customer experiences in this Staff Product Designer role. Lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience. Define, own, and deliver the end-to-end design for core decentralized services, DApps, and protocols.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other teams to solve UX and UI challenges in a remote environment. Communicate ideas through quality concepts and prototypes, providing clear design specifications to engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and communicate design rationale, focusing on perpetuals trading within the web3 space.

Own end-to-end design strategy from discovery through prototyping, testing, and handoff. Deliver high-fidelity visuals, interaction specs, and docs that engineers can action immediately. Work directly with client engineers early and often—discuss what's feasible, collaborate on tradeoffs, and iterate designs based on technical constraints and opportunities. Partner with client Product and Engineering teams to understand goals and user needs; translate objectives into compelling design solutions that move their roadmap forward.
