You'll lead Flow Wallet’s design, diving into designing new features like account recovery, human readable transactions, secure enclave support, passkey integration and many more. You’ll be on the front lines of how Web3 will go mainstream, and solve major industry problems like user onboarding to crypto.

We’re seeking a UX Researcher who’s passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem to help us build products that transform how people navigate the crypto markets. Design and conduct research to understand users, analyze user interactions, and turn research findings into actionable UX recommendations.

Lead and manage a team of 3-5 Product Designers building great developer experiences. Proactively identify blockers, opportunities and improvements to the team's product area while driving and shaping product vision and strategy. Direct the allocation of resources for the team and help others grow through mentorship, while designing working processes for your team.
