Curinos is seeking a Director of User Experience (UX) to lead our growing UX chapter within the Product & Technology organization. This leader will set the vision for user experience across our product portfolio and directly manage our team of UX designers, each embedded within an empowered product team. Reporting to senior Product leadership, this individual will ensure that user-centered design practices are at the core of how Curinos builds products.

This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to be the sole product designer on our team, influencing our success and the success of the thousands of non-profits and conscious brands we serve. You will be the architectural voice for user experience and the creative force behind our product's visual identity, building the design discipline, establishing processes, and creating a scalable design system that will serve as a foundation for our product for years to come.
