As a UX Designer, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences across web and tablet interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, and healthcare experts to ensure the platform meets real-world needs and delivers a seamless experience.

Lead full-scale UX design efforts to include research, blueprinting, and evaluating existing systems, while managing the design and implementation of multiple sites and applications across multiple clients simultaneously. Collaborate with federal practice engineers and federal clients to define, design, and implement innovative, beautiful, intuitive solutions for use by our federal customer and their stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong CRO (conversion rate optimization) mindset to join our Product team. The role involves designing high-impact user experiences across signup funnels and related conversion flows. The position will directly impact revenue, activation, and customer retention, where the designs must be data-driven and optimized for key metrics like conversion rates, user engagement, and other KPIs to drive growth.

This is a remote full-time contract position open to candidates across Brazil. The UX Graphic Designer collaborates with the Design Director, other designers, editorial staff members and account managers to ensure timely and quality production of information graphics, iconography, and custom illustrations. Ideal candidates will maintain high design standards, provide excellent customer service, complete graphic research, work on daily deadlines, and have solid typography skills.
