UX/UI Designer

Accountabilities:

• Embed within cross-functional teams to define content strategy and enhance user experience
• Develop content plans, contribute to information architecture, navigation, and content modeling decisions
• Provide narrative perspective, instructional text, and microcopy for transactional and interactive experiences

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, content design, or UX writing for websites, apps, and email
• Deep understanding of content organization, tagging, and human-centered design principles
• Proven ability to write microcopy, instructional content, and transactional messaging
