Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Designer will drive engaging and intuitive app experiences. You'll bring together strong product thinking, refined design craft, and a deep understanding of user behavior to create products that people love to use in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Engineer to join our team and take full ownership of designing and implementing user interfaces using pre-built component libraries. You will be responsible for both defining the UI structure and implementing it in code, without relying on a separate designer. Lead full-scale UX design efforts to include research, blueprinting, and evaluating existing systems, while managing the design and implementation of multiple sites and applications across multiple clients simultaneously. Collaborate with federal practice engineers and federal clients to define, design, and implement innovative, beautiful, intuitive solutions for use by our federal customer and their stakeholders.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer on the Design System team, you will be the visual force behind Aurora Solar products; work involves researching and designing interface components, usability testing, and creating Figma prototypes to validate design concepts.

You will be working on the UI design of our partner apps, focusing on key user flows like onboarding and paywalls. Your work will help create seamless, visually engaging experiences that drive user engagement and conversion. Design intuitive and efficient mobile app interfaces that elevate the user experience.

The Product Designer is responsible for crafting user-centric and visually appealing designs for software products. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences. The main duties include building designs for new products, adding improvements to existing products and conducting market research for new product design ideas.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll design web products for learners, customers, and internal teams, including data-focused dashboards and web experiences. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of UI/UX, and the Product and Engineering teams to create engaging, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces across all devices. You will also analyze user testing results to refine the design of user interfaces and flows.

Contribute to the full product design lifecycle - from research and wireframing to prototyping and visual design. Design intuitive and engaging user experiences across mobile and web platforms, including product landing pages, data visualization dashboards, and reusable component libraries - particularly for crypto trading, financial tools, and data-driven features. Collaborate with product managers, developers and business stakeholders to iterate on design solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
