  • Lead end-to-end deployment and technical onboarding of Britive platform for new customers, including integration with cloud providers, identity providers, and DevOps toolchains.
  • Serve as the technical owner for assigned accounts post-go-live, driving adoption, managing escalations, and building technical cases for expansion.
  • Deliver customer training, create enablement content, and act as the voice of the field into Product and Engineering teams.
