Open Positions
Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of SaaS agreements including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and partner/reseller agreements. Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial redlining and negotiation through execution with a high level of ownership and urgency. Partner closely with teams across legal, sales, finance, and operations to resolve contract issues and align risk with business objectives.
