The Director of Broker Partnerships will build and scale Forma’s broker channel strategy. As the first person in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how Forma engages the broker ecosystem, bringing both strategic clarity and hands-on execution. You’ll personally lead high-impact broker relationships, develop the partner enablement framework and partner cross-functionally to drive broker-sourced pipeline and influence.

Drive net new logo acquisition in the enterprise space from prospecting stage to closing. Educate and evangelize key stakeholders on the value of the Forma platform and a new way of thinking about benefits. Passionate about value selling and managing your own pipeline from prospect to close?

As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will work with clients on sophisticated Implementation processes to help them get the most out of Forma. You will ensure a seamless client transition onto Forma and will have the opportunity to closely partner with almost every internal team in the process.
