This is an opportunity to join the MENA team and grow the existing clientbase. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring contract renewal on various product and service lines. Responsibilities include managing a high volume of accounts, extending and upgrading current client contracts, identifying upsell opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and partnering with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This critical role directly contributes to revenue growth and customer success as the subject matter expert and main creator of Crisis Simulations. Provides strategic direction and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including the Cyber Resilience Team, Security Engineering Consultants, and Customer Success Team. Assists in creating leading Crisis Sim and Cyber Drill solutions and maintains the catalog of Crisis Sims.

This role specializes in cyber resilience analysis, delivering actionable insights to key customers as an expert in utilizing the Immersive One platform capabilities, particularly focused on the human element of cyber resilience. The role will serve as the primary internal expert and customer liaison for premium support analytical services by utilizing platform data and regulatory frameworks.
