Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

• As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own messaging and sales enablement for Immersive's cyber workforce resilience solutions.
• You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing and work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams across US and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop positioning and messaging grounded in customer and competitive insight, and create sales-ready collateral such as battlecards and pitch decks.
• Design and deliver training programs to get sales teams fluent and confident on messaging, including onboarding and ongoing certification.
• Support product launches end-to-end, ensuring sales is trained and equipped before day one, and gather feedback to continuously improve enablement.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related fields, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate technical product capability into simple, jargon-free messaging and deliver effective training.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple solution areas and teams.
