As a Senior Data Analytics / Business Analyst, you'll work closely with the heads of all functional areas at Nift to drive revenue growth and improve the consumer experience. This is a critical position for Nift as you will identify and prioritize opportunities that directly impact revenue, applying your expertise in Data Analytics with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
This role requires prior, proven experience building highly scalable ETL pipelines using Databricks and AWS. Looking for someone who has successfully designed, implemented, and maintained large-scale data infrastructure in a production environment, you will report to the Data Science Manager and work closely with both our Data Science and Product teams.
Partner with data scientists to transform their models into production-ready systems as a ML Ops Engineer. You will architect storage and compute, harden training/inference pipelines, and make ML code, data workflows, and services reliable, reproducible, observable, and cost-efficient. You'll also set best practices and help scale our platform as Nift grows.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll report to the Data Science Manager and work closely with both the Data Science and Engineering teams. You will play a crucial role in developing models for complex parts of our business, analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and develop a variety of model types. You’ll also contribute to the improvement and re-design of current models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable solutions.
