Promethean

The Accounts Payable specialist is a key member of the Accounts Payable (AP) team, reporting directly to the AP Manager. They will work as part of the larger Accounts Payable team to prepare the Company’s financial records to accurately reflect the Company’s financial position, whilst ensuring legal compliance.

The Director, Logistics will provide leadership and support in the development of the global logistics organization on both strategic and tactical levels. The role involves project identification, portfolio management, and project management to maximize value to Promethean. Responsible for ensuring the logistics team manages the timely, efficient and cost-effective transfer of products from manufacturing sites and to customers.

The Director, Logistics will provide leadership and support in the development of the global logistics organization on both strategic and tactical levels. This includes project identification, portfolio management, project prioritization and project management to maximize value to Promethean and seamless operations. They will be responsible for ensuring the logistics team, as well as regional and all associated resources, successfully manage the timely, efficient and cost-effective transfer of products.

Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of US payroll processing and day to day benefit administration in compliance with all laws and regulations. The role will support payroll systems, benefit plans, reporting and audit requests. Identifying problems and helping provide solutions, process improvements and internal controls is a key aspect of the role.
