Guide customers in setting goals, expanding their use of the platform and ensuring continued success with Quartzy. You will conduct regular customer check-ins and SaaS business reviews, lead customer training sessions and workshops, and identify ways to uncover more value from the platform. Manage customer escalations and discover upsell opportunities to maximize customer growth.
