Partner/Client Relationship Manager, Network Strategy & Operations (Remote)

• Collaborate with suppliers to identify and mitigate potential supply chain issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day matters and regular business reviews.
• Develop relevant internal and external SOPs to reflect market best practice.

Key Account Management Lead

• Lead the Key Account Management function across the Latam region.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Bill and Account Collector

• Evaluate AI models' handling of tasks related to bill and account collection.
• Assess content produced by AI models in the field of bill and account collection.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI models' understanding of workplace tasks and language.

Client Adoption Specialist (French Speaking)

Drive successful delivery, execution, and utilization of the Flywire solution for partner institutions. Work with Account Managers to continuously improve and expand client engagement. Help build strong initial product adoption and collaborate in business-as-usual to continue utilization and overall success for each partnership.

Partner Quality Specialist I (Banking Industry Experience Preferred)

• Reviews and approves marketing materials against work papers.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Partners through regular communication.
• Conducts periodic reviews of Partners compliance to guidelines and rules.
