Role:
- Shape strategy at the ELT level and run complex employee relations cases or technical searches.
- Own the full employee lifecycle for a global, remote-first team of about 90 people.
You:
- 8+ years in People Ops and/or Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years leading both at a global startup.
- Hands-on technical recruiting experience, including senior and executive hires.
