Supports the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical roles in assigned markets while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Team to post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive hiring and onboarding experience, also responsible for auditing the recruiting department, pulling reporting and working closely with data.
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Provider Partnerships Manager to accelerate SOL’s growth through high-impact provider and group partnerships. In this role, you’ll build and expand relationships across mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations, helping connect patients to the mental health care they need. You’ll manage a dynamic territory of 100–200 accounts, conduct on-site and virtual meetings with provider groups, and drive integrations that lead to measurable referral growth.
