  • Provide real-time support to retail field teams and resolve customer escalations across email, text, and social channels.
  • Act as liaison between Studio teams and customers for day-to-day operations including appointment scheduling and service recovery.
  • Assist with customer experience reporting, identify trends, and surface actionable insights to improve the customer journey.
