Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with shorter sales cycles (typically 30-90 days). Proactively generate leads through various channels. Build and manage a pipeline of new logo and existing business commercial accounts. Upselling and expanding on an existing client base by managing and developing strong working relationships with a portfolio of customers, while negotiating and renewing contracts with relevant stakeholders.

You'll be joining Trackforce as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on maintaining and improving existing systems supporting core business functions by solving problems and improving system stability. You'll work with developers, product stakeholders, and client support to resolve technical issues efficiently, contributing to modernizing support workflows with AI-powered tools and enhancing internal tooling for developer experience.

Guide and coach 2 to 3 Scrum teams in the effective application of Scrum practices and principles while ensuring the teams are stable and productive by removing impediments and fostering a positive working environment. Provide transparency on the progress and status of deliverables through regular updates, reports, and meetings. Coordinate and facilitate the release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
