The Director of Medical Cost Management will lead the strategy and execution of cost management initiatives at Well, focusing on identifying opportunities to reduce medical and pharmacy costs for Well's clients, particularly self-insured employers, using data-driven approaches to design and implement targeted interventions, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate cost management strategies and results to stakeholders.

Shape and scale the Consultant Relations function, positioning it as a strategic growth lever within the organization. Deepen and expand relationships with senior leaders across the consulting ecosystem to elevate Well’s visibility, influence buying decisions, and build category preference. Partner cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Product, Outcomes, and Client Success to ensure our roadmap aligns with consultant-driven insights and market expectations.
