  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and collaboration tools for issues related to telephony systems and software applications.
  • Log, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests through a helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution.

Troubleshooting and Technical Duties:

  • Diagnose and resolve basic software, telephony, and cloud PBX issues.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of supported applications in both cloud and on-premise environments.
