HR Systems Manager

You will own the HR tech landscape end to end ensuring our tools and systems are intuitive, reliable and well adopted. You'll partner with HR, IT, Finance and our 3 party vendors to deliver a seamless experience across onboarding, performance, compensation and more. You’ll lead a small, capable team to keep systems running smoothly while pushing continuous improvement.

Set and deliver the HR systems roadmap, aligning to business strategy and value. Oversee configuration, maintenance, upgrades and change control across all HR systems. Drive user-centred improvements that boost efficiency, data quality and experience. You are a relationship‑led operator who builds trust across HR, IT, Finance and frontline users, while partnering effectively with external system vendors.
